The Wensleydale sheep is known for it's long and lustrous fiber. The natural sheen that this fine longwool has in it's fiber is to die for! Wensleydale is good for hardwearing objects with lots of texture.

Blue Faced Leicester

The softest of the longwool sheep, the Blue Faced Leicester fiber has a natural spring and loft to it. This fiber is perfect for those next-to-skin garments like scarves, shawls, or cardigans.

Yorkshire Medley

What do you get when you combine these two miraculous fibers? Flying Fibers Yarn Company's Yorkshire Medley, perfect for a range of projects due to the best qualities from both breeds of sheep. It's the yarn you want in your stash and on your needles.
